Disable Driver Signature & Install any Unsigned Driver or Program (How-to)

Problem description: In Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 you cannot install a device driver that isn’t digitally signed. The full error message is : “Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it. The third-party INF does not contain digital signature information“. The driver signing or digital signature is a method to verify the integrity of driver packages and to verify the identity of the vendor (software publisher) who provides the driver packages. By using Digital Signatures MS protects Windows OS from been infected from malicious codes that may be included in driver or programs.
