Fix: Building Font Cache in VLC Media Player (Solved)

I have installed and used VLC several times as a multimedia player. But in few installations I have face the “Building Font Cache” dialog window while starting VLC or while starting to play media files. During this behavior the VLC player hangs and an information message displayed on the screen says “Please wait your font cache is rebuilt. This should take less than few minutes”.

What the VLC’s “Building Font Cache” message means?
