Method 1. Clear the Microsoft Teams cache.

Method 2. Run Microsoft Teams in Compatibly Mode for Windows 8.

2. Type control inetcpl.cpl and press OK (or Enter) to open the Internet Options.

3. At Internet Properties, select the Advanced tab and then scroll down and under Security section, check the checkboxes next to Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1 & Use TLS 1.2. When done click OK and then try to login to Teams.

Method 4. Remove and Reinstall Microsoft Teams.

If after applying the above methods you are still unable to connect/login to Teams, then try a full uninstall and reinstall of Microsoft Teams, following the instructions below:

2. Type control appwiz.cpl and press OK (or Enter).
