1. Click the Start menu and open Settings.
2. At Time & language options, open Language & region.

3b. Search or locate the language you want from the list, select it and click Next.
3c. Review and select the language features you want to install and, optionally check the “Set as my Windows display language” option, if you want the selected language to be the Windows display language after installation. When done, click Install.

1. Click the Start menu and open Settings.
2. At Time & language options, open Language & region.
3. Click three dots menu next to the language that you want to remove and click Remove.

If you want to type in a different keyboard layout that doesn’t offered with the installed language(s), proceed as follows:
1. Click the Start menu and open Settings.
2. At Time & language options, open Language & region.
3. At the language you want to install the additional keyboard, press the three dots menu and select Language options.
4. Scroll down and click Add a keyboard.
5. Click on the keyboard layout that you want to install, you’re done.*
* Note: If you don’t see the keyboard you want, follow the step in part-1 add the corresponding language for that layout.
6. From now on, you can choose the keyboard layout that you want to type from the language indicator (input indicator) on the taskbar, or you can switch between the keyboard layouts by pressing the Windows key + Spacebar.
